The Coats HP314 is an absolute beast. It packs a whopping 1, 132 lumens & thanks to it fantastic optics it has the capabilities to throw the light a massive 683 meters, thats just shy of 3/4 of a mile. It is an essential piece of rescue gear or for a spot of night climbing as people have been known to light up whole crags with this bad boy. The quick cycle switch means that you can select between 1, 132 lumens, strobe mode, or  95 lumens. It does have a bit of weight behind it with its 4 D cell batteries. However you will get a runtime of up to 4 hours 15 minutes on high or up to 192 hours on low.  Built tough, an impact-resistant, lightweight aluminum casing resists rust & corrosion.
