The grapes that provide the juice are Chenin Blanc & are generally considered to be one of the most andgrapeyand grapes. It has a lovely clean texture with plenty of fresh acidity to balance the sweetness of the juice. The pettilance prickles on the tongue & lifts the palate making it an ideal alternative to alcoholic wine for those wishing to abstain or for children.
