This wine is named after the legendary Devils Bridge, a 15th century stone bridge in the town of Cividale in Friuli. The wine is made by Kiwi winemaker Matt Thomson, consultatnt winemaker for a number for wineries throughout Italy, Bordeaux & New Zeal&. Pale straw yellow in colour, with green reflections. A lightly fragrant nose of dessert apples with delicate blossom notes. Elegant & well balanced on the palate, with soft, peachy acidity. Drink with spaghetti carbonara, or with seafood salads.
