This is a sparkling version of Montanas celebrated Sauvignon Blanc, made from grapes sourced from both the northern & southern parts of the Wairau Valley. A small percentage of Pinot Gris adds a balance & roundness of texture. Displays all the tropical melon, pineapple & grapefruit-like aromatic hallmarks of classic Marlborough Sauvignon, with a delicate but invigorating sparkle, & a refreshing dryness. Serve as an alternative party fizz, or alongside fresh seafood appetizers.
