Martinborough Vineyard continue their tradition of producing premium interpretations of the classic grapes with this Sauvignon Blanc. Hand harvested from selected blocks, around 25% has been oak-fermented, adding complexity & texture & tempering the intense aromatics. Typical varietal aromas of guava & citrus fruit are joined by hints of vanilla & perfumed floral notes on the nose. Ripe fruit & crisp acidity combine seamlessly in a delicately textured palate. Best enjoyed with a selection of seafood canapes or ripe goat's cheeses.
