Bodega Luigi Bosca was started in 1901, when the original wave of Italian winemakers had settled in Argentina, & is now in its fourth generation of family ownership. Vistalba is an important sub-region of Lujan de Cuyo, located at 990m above sea level. Deeply fruity, with a dark & voluptuous feel, this is a fine example of Argentina's trademark style. Tightly structured, it brings together subtle vanilla hints, firm tannins & well-judged acidity. Try this with seared venison loin.
