Bandol makes some of the most serious wines of Provence, & this is the case for rosé as well as red. Founded in 1896, Domaines Ott uses h&-picking, careful sorting & delicate pressing to make the superb Château Romassan Rosé. An extremely subtle, balanced & complex rosé showing fresh berry aromas & hints of spice. Serve at 10-12°C, as an aperitif, with sweetbreads or Asian cuisine.
