Succulent prolific & very hardy this variety of spinach is suitable for autumn & winter crops too. Sow in March to June outdoors or September to October indoors very thinly in ordinary garden soil in drills 3cm deep in rows 30cm apart.

As the seedlings grow gradually thin out to 23cm apart. The thinnings can be trimmed of their roots & cooked.
