Injected Dual Zone EVA
Bushing Systems dampen
vibrations underfoot to
promote a more
comfortable ride and a
smooth, even board flex.
The dampening content is
varied based on the size
of the binding, with
heavier riders requiring
more dampening. Extruded
Aluminium is used for
selected Union heel cups.
It is not the cheapest
manufacturing method,
but does produce the
strongest, purest
components possible.
Union heel cups are also
are also covered by
the Lifetime Warranty.
Compatible Discs can be
used to attach any union
binding to 3 hole, 4x4
hole and even Burton’s
Chanel system. Any union
will mount on any board,
with the stock supplied

Steel Hardware, is
nearly twice as strong as
the commonly used ‘mild
steel’ hardware used by
many manufacturers. The
grade 8.8 refers to
specific tensile and
stress ratings. Mild
steel has a grading of
