Bacardi Elixir is a rum liqueur & has a powerful intense sugar toast aroma. It is sweet tasting & full of character with a caramel flavours that is very evident. It states on the label that it is flavoured with “cana de azucar tostada” which translates to ‘cane sugar toast', which basically means caramel flavour. The best way to drink Bacardi Elixir is in a traditional ‘ Cuba Libre' style cocktail. So plenty of ice in a highball glass, pour your Bacardi Elixir, top with cola & garnish with a few lime wedges.
