Boë Superior Gin hails from the historic Scottish village of Doune. Its name & recipe are inspired by Franz de le Boë, the father of modern gin, who created the popular beverage as a remedy for ‘one third of all diseases'. Thanks to a painstaking vapour-distillation process, Boë Superior maintains the flavours of 13 different herbs & spices
- including ginger, coriander & Wild Cassia Bark (or Chinese cinnamon) from the Isle of Skye
- to achieve a complex yet well balanced gin, perfect for cocktails or as a sipping spirit.
