To start watching your butterfly flap its wings, just lightly tap the jar’s lid. If you look at the box, you’ll find a round button that reads; " Press for demo", when you push it, it sets off a mechanism that makes the butterfly move around inside the jar. You can remove this button along with its corresponding cable & throw them out, because the butterfly will keep moving when you switch on the " On" button under the lid (in stead of the default " Try me button"). It’s very easy to get it to work; all you have to do is follow the instructions on the box & start enjoying your Lepidoptera. Runs on 3 AAA batteries (not included).
