The Balloon 5 Mobile is made up of 5 balloons in cheerful colors. The pieces are mounted on a steel structure & there’s a clear plastic thread included to hang them from the ceiling. The balloons are in constant motion, while the structure maintains a harmonic balance. Use it to decorate your living room or bedroom, or to add a personal touch to your office. For years, they have been handcrafted, however it was Christian Flensted who first started creating modern mobiles for use in decorating homes & offices. He & his wife Grethe, he’s been designing mobiles since 1954. Their first design, the Stork mobile, was a huge success & has decorated homes all over the world. Christian Flensted is known as the Uromager, a word that is impossible to translate & means something along the lines of "the one who makes things that are fun & in constant motion". Today, his son Ole & his wife Aase have continued the family tradition of making mobiles. Flensted Mobiles creates mobiles in different styles & each one is mounted & assembled by expert hands that are skilled at making these pieces.
