The flush-mounted thermostat is adapted to the requirements of different heating systems. The optimal use of the resource energy makes a variety of functions possible: Through the Optimum-Start-Function, FIT independently saves heating energy, because it "knows" how much handling time is necessary to achieve the desired temperature at the set time –in this way unnecessarily long & expensive pre-heating is avoided. If residents are away from home for several days, the temperature decreases during this period &, with the holiday-function, can be increased to a pleasant room temperature just in time for their return home. For this, only the dates of the beginning of the holiday & the end of the holiday need to be entered. Even if you leave the house for just a few hours, the temperature can be adjusted during this period using the Party-short timer according to your respective needs, without any necessary interference to the programming. If the temperature is usually lowered during weekdays, you can quickly & easily increase the temperature, on a leave day or sick day, using the At Home function. To develop a feel for the energy consumption, the controller can display consumption from the last few days to the past 12 months. So the user receives the necessary information, to optimise the room-specific heating energy consumption. As well as the proportional control method, the FIT also offers a two-point control. For special applications, in which the frequent burner circuit must be avoided, a restart delay can be specified. During summer the room temperature controller can be set through integrated effect switching & cooling of the room or can be switched off completely. The valve- or pump safety function ensures that pumps & valves run without problems after the summer break. In an eventual failure, the heating performance is minimized to 30%, so that the room is neither over-heated nor chilled. The frost-protection function prevents risk of damage...
