These E.D.F. approved cable ties have a very flat head geometry because of their design. Because of the outer toothing the smooth side of the cable tie lies on the insulation. This prevents a notching or a damaging of the insulation. The very broad bearing surface of the cable tie reduces, in addition, the possible damaging of the cable harness.
Applications:
Usage areas for these cable ties are hose bundles in narrow shafts & cable bundles in hollow spaces. These cable ties are used frequently in the area of power supply.
