equipment over the smart
card reader CHIPDRIVE®
desktop for
personalisation of the
co-worker cards up to the

problem-free expandable
as far over 300
co-workers. The
associated extensive
software provides for
control and analysis of
the data: vacation,
flexitime, time absent,
schedules and special
arrangements - you have
all timings always firmly
in the grip.
Each co-worker receives a
personalise chip card and
uses it like a time card
The stamp procedure is
simple and fast thereby:
The co-worker puts the
card into the CHIPDRIVE®
terminal, it sounds a
signal, which card is
removed again - finished!
Optionally the co-workers
can book over the
contained software
component ‘PC time
clock’ and a separate
smart card reader also on
the own job. That is even
a way possible over
enterprise borders - via
Internet the data are
transmitted by the
home-office to the
central server. Later you
can evaluate all booking
data of the co-workers
comfortably
electronically in the
administration. You have
the choice between many
preparatory reports and
export
possibilities.

Enter a new dimension of
time recording with this
complete package. This
starter kit contains
everything you need to
record the time of up to
25 employees. Connect
your chip card reader to
a PC, install the
software and set up your
first personalised user
card with just a few
mouse clicks. The time
stamp works like a punch
clock when the user card
is inserted. Later,
transfer the data from
the time recording device
easily to the PC with the
transport card and use
the extensive reporting
functions there. It
couldn&rsquo t be more
simple or effective.
Laying cable and wall

CHIPDRIVE TIME REC. NETWORK
TERMINAL

The CHIPDRIVE® terminal
is used for the
collection of the work
times. The terminal is
compatible to already
existing CHIPDRIVE® time
recording systems
(starting from software
version 4.0), so that
also a mixed enterprise
with the mobile time
registration terminal
`CHIPDRIVE® mobile' is
possible. It is
applicable as individual
terminal as well as in
combination with several
equipments. With this a
central data acquisition
takes place, independent
of, at which equipment
is booked. The
CHIPDRIVE® terminal over
a web interface
configures. Over the
network (Ethernet,
TCP/IP) is the terminal
connected with a PC, on
which the software " PC
stamp clock server" runs.
The time is adjusted
regularly with the
server. If the connection
should be interrupted,
can be further stamped
problem-free, since a
local data buffer exists.
Besides there is a backup
function for the last 1,
000 reservations. So you
can evaluate all booking
data also at a later time
comfortably. Vacation,
flexitime, time absent,
projects and activities -
with the new CHIPDRIVE®
time recording network
you have all timings
