The CHIPDRIVE® terminal is used for the collection of the work times. The terminal is compatible to already existing CHIPDRIVE® time recording systems (starting from software version 4.0), so that also a mixed enterprise with the mobile time registration terminal `CHIPDRIVE® mobile' is possible. It is applicable as individual terminal as well as in combination with several equipments. With this a central data acquisition takes place, independent of, at which equipment is booked. The CHIPDRIVE® terminal over a web interface configures. Over the network (Ethernet, TCP/IP) is the terminal connected with a PC, on which the software " PC stamp clock server" runs. The time is adjusted regularly with the server. If the connection should be interrupted, can be further stamped problem-free, since a local data buffer exists.
