On the ground floor is a double room with King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, New England style chest of drawers, bedside units & sliding patio doors to full length balcony. Also at this level is a twin room with two single beds, built-in wardrobe with chest of drawers. Patio doors lead to balcony. On the second floor are two further bedrooms. The master has a New England style King-size bed, & furniture comprising bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe & drawers, & door opening to Juliet balcony with glimpses of the estuary & Batson Creek. Finally a second twin room with two single beds & chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen provided

UTILITY ROOM On the ground floor level with washing machine & tumble dryer (*plus shower etc. as described above). OUTSIDE Balcony area accessed from ground floor bedrooms, with patio table & four chairs. PARKING There is off road parking for up to 4 cars. OTHER INFORMATION Tiled flooring in the main living areas with carpets on the stairs & in the bedrooms. Gas fired central heating & hot water. Wireless broadband internet available.
