LOCATION ' Hidden' behind & above a series of small independent shops in central Salcombe, just a few yards from Fore Street itself & the town's famous waterfront, boutiques, cafes & restaurants. ENTRANCE A series of stone steps lead down from Buckley Street to the main entrance (which can also be accessed via a narrow alleyway between shops in Fore Street).  The entrance leads directly into the kitchen.   KITCHEN Galley-style kitchen with fitted units, 4-ring electric hob & oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & microwave.  A step down leads into the sitting/dining room.  SITTING/DINING ROOM A comfortable sitting area (overlooking the terrace & pool area) with two sofas & matching armchair, stone fireplace with electric stove, television & DVD player. The dining area has an oval wooden table with chairs. BEDROOMS Three in total. The main bedroom has a wooden framed double bed, bedside units, dressing table & fitted wardrobes.  The adjacent twin room has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside units & drawers.  The third bedroom is off the dining area & has a single bed, bunk beds, bedside unit, drawers & wardrobe.  N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen are supplied
- tenants need to hire or bring towels. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Cot, high chair, stairgate & z-bed available (one additional child may be permitted on request)  BATH/SHOWER ROOMS A recently fitted family bathroom sits between the double & twin bedroom.  Bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. & shaver point. There is also a small shower room with shower cubicle & wash-hand basin off the dining area. Separate w.c. SWIMMING POOL A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level & out to an elevated heated swimming pool, private patio & terraced area with garden furniture (N.B. The pool is available from late-May to mid-September only) PARKING A parking pass can be supplied (at additional cost) for the nearby long-stay car park Approx. 5-7 mins walk away. OTHER INFORMATION Parque flooring throughout most of the living accommodation with carpet in all bedrooms. Electric heating via stove & other units
