LOCATION The Coach House is in an elevated position overlooking the village of Hallsands and its shingle beach - the South West Coastal Path runs alongside the property with a lovely walk to Start Point lighthouse approximately 2 miles away. The Start Bay coastline is interspersed with long beaches and fishing villages many of which have cafes, shops and quaint country pubs. Hallsands is within easy reach of both Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and there are many beaches close by including Lannacombe, Mattiscombe, Blackpool Sands and East Portlemouth, from where a passenger ferry runs to Salcombe all year round.Â

ENTRANCE From the beachside parking area the coastal path leads up to the property
via a series of stone steps (c40).  A set of double French doors open directly into the open plan living accommodation at ground floor level. KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM This cosy but well appointed space has a modern galley kitchen with fitted units, granite worktop,  four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. The sitting/dining area has a large double sofa, coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD player, and glass table seating two. BEDROOM The one bedroom at first floor level has a King size bed, wardrobe with drawers, TV and delightful sea views. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, hand and tea towels supplied - tenants need to bring bath and beach towels. The adjacent SHOWER ROOM has a
large shower cubicle,  w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a good sized stone terrace with table and seating for two. PARKING Allocated space for one car at beachside level OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful oak flooring on the ground floor with carpet on stairs and bedroom. Electric heating in all rooms with hot water via immersion. Strictly no smoking permitted but one well behaved dog is allowed. Wireless broadband internet available.
