- the South West Coastal Path runs alongside the property with a lovely walk to Start Point lighthouse Approx. 2 miles away. The Start Bay coastline is interspersed with long beaches & fishing villages many of which have cafes, shops & quaint country pubs. Hallsands is within easy reach of both Kingsbridge & Dartmouth & there are many beaches close by including Lannacombe, Mattiscombe, Blackpool Sands & East Portlemouth, from where a passenger ferry runs to Salcombe all year round. VIEWS Excellent sea views from the living room & first floor double bedroom ENTRANCE From the beachside parking area the coastal path leads up to the property via a series of stone steps (c 40). A set of double French doors open directly into the open plan living accommodation at ground floor level. KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM This cosy but well appointed space has a modern galley kitchen with fitted units, granite worktop, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & washer/dryer. The sitting/dining area has a large double sofa, coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD player, & glass table seating two. BEDROOM The one bedroom at first floor level has a King-size bed, wardrobe with drawers, TV & delightful sea views. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, hand & tea towels supplied
- tenants need to bring bath & beach towels. The adjacent SHOWER ROOM has a large shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point & light. OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a good sized stone terrace with table & seating for two.PARKING Allocated space for one car at beachside level OTHER INFORMATION Beautiful oak flooring on the ground floor with carpet on stairs & bedroom. Electric heating in all rooms with hot water via immersion. Strictly no smoking permitted but one well behaved dog is allowed. Wireless broadband internet available. N.B.
