The property has quick access to the South West Coast Path as well as a useful local shop/ Post Office,  tea shop & pub renowned for fresh local fish dishes,  all within easy walking distance. The famous naval town of Dartmouth is a leisurely 8 miles drive away whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of East Portlemouth & Blackpool Sands can each be reached by car in around 10-15 minutes. 
 
ENTRANCE From the courtyard parking area (for At The Beach apartments only) the entrance leads directly into a hallway off which is the en suite master bedroom & UTILITY/CLOAKROOM with w.c.,  basin & washer/dryer. A winding ash staircase leads up to the first floor living accommodation.
 
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A delightfully light & sunny open plan room with high vaulted ceiling,  original cross beams & skylights,  & wireless Sonos sound system.
