LOCATION The Apartment is located in Newcomen Road, within a short walk of the centre of the naval town of Dartmouth. The town possesses a number of award-winning restaurants, delightful boutiques, art galleries, cosy cafes, & has beautiful gardens within easy reach

With its significant historical interest, Dartmouth will take part in the Mayflower 400 celebrations from 2019 & Bayards Cove, & it's fort, are just a short walk from The Apartment.ENTRANCE Entry from Newcomen Road leads into a communal lobby, with stairs up to the private entrance on the first floor.KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright & airy open-plan room furnished with a three-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, a Gazco electric stove, a flatscreen TV with DVD player, & soundbar. The dining area is positioned in the bay window recess & is furnished with a glass topped dining table & four chairs. The modern & well equipped kitchen is fitted with a range of contemporary base & wall units & granite worksurfaces. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric double oven & hob, microwave, & a DAB radio/ Bluetooth speaker. BEDROOMS Two plus the sofa-bed (N.B. maximum occupancy is 4). The en suite master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lights, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, & wall-mounted TV. The en suite shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle, w.c., wash hand basin, & heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinet with light, & chest of drawers. The sofa bed, found in the lounge, can be converted to accommodate a fourth guest on request (or a couple if the single room is unoccupied). All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are supplied (including beach towels & tea towels). SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite shower room (above), there is a further shower room equipped with a shower cubicle, w.c., wash hand basin, & heated towel rail.OUTSIDE To the rear, accessed via communal steps, is the enclosed rear garden. Arranged over two terraced levels, this area provides river glimpses & is an ideal space for al fresco dining.
