LOCATION Sandquay Road is just a short walk from the centre of Dartmouth, filled with narrow, winding streets & has many fine shops, restaurants, cafes & art galleries. The nearby villages of Stoke Gabriel & Dittisham are just a short trip up the river. Along the coast in the opposite direction is Start Bay, with its beautiful coves & sandy beaches. VIEWS There are views towards & over the River Dart from the lounge, balcony & bedrooms. ENTRANCE Steps lead up from Sandquay Road to a level terrace & the front door. Off the hallway is a utility cupboard with hanging space, a washing machine & freezer. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious, open plan room with two double leather sofas, oak desk & chair, coffee table, flat widescreen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player & CD radio stereo Hi Fi with iPod docking unit. Sliding French doors to full length balcony. Oak table with four chairs. KITCHEN Adjacent to the sitting room is a stunning new kitchen equipped to the highest standards with fitted units, granite worktops, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher & microwave. BEDROOMS Two. Master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table & stool. Door to small terrace with lovely views. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds (that can be made up as a double on request), bedside unit, dressing table & stool & wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels supplied. BATHROOM Tiled family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail & w.c. OUTSIDE At the front of the lodge is a superb balcony with lovely views. At the side (adjacent to the entrance) is a small terrace area with table & chairs. PARKING A good sized lockable single garage (W:2.4m, H:2.05m, D:5.0m (3.6m to mezzanine at H:1.8m)) suitable for most cars is available below the lodge in Sandquay Road. DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym & beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times & for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying at Quay Lodge. Please check details with the office. OTHER INFORMATION  Oak flooring in most rooms, underfloor heating & hot water. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Beach/picnic chairs provided for guests (stored in garage).
