LOCATION The house is found on the edge of the village of Inner Hope Cove, within just 5 minutes downhill walk of the beach, with the village pub, shop & various cafes half a  mile away.  There is also quick & easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone & other coastal villages. Golf available nearby at Thurlestone & at Bigbury. VIEWS Lovely views out to sea & across towards Bolt Tail from the spacious patio, main sitting room, kitchen & master bedroom. ENTRANCE The entrance leads into a good sized hallway with stone flooring, off which are two bedroom suites & the UTILITY ROOM which houses a washing machine & tumble dryer.  Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor accommodation. SITTING ROOM On the first floor is a very light & spacious sitting room with lovely views & wooden flooring.  Two comfortable double sofas & matching armchairs, & a large sliding glass door out to the patio.  The sitting room leads into the kitchen/dining area with access also to an additional lounge area, two bedrooms & nursery. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Very well equipped kitchen with wonderful sea views.  Fitted units, electric hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer & breakfast bar with stools. Door out to patio & further access to the garden at the rear & driveway to the front of the house. The dining area has a large wooden table with eight chairs, dresser & views across the neighbouring valley. TV LOUNGE A smaller, cosy room with wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Sky, leather sofa & armchairs, & wood burning stove.  Door out to side terrace, & access to the master bedroom & en suite. BEDROOMS On the first floor (adjacent to the TV lounge) is the master bedroom.  This has very good sea views, King-size metal framed bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers & units, flatscreen TV & fully tiled en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., bidet & heated towel rail.  The second bedroom on this level is a twin with two single beds, fitted wardrobes & flatscreen TV for DVD use only, & a Playstation. At ground floor level there are two further bedroom suites; the first is a good sized double with King-size wooden bed, bedside units, drawers, dressing table, TV & sofa.  Fully tiled en suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c & heated towel rail.  The second bedroom at this level has wooden bunk beds (for children only), with wardrobe & drawers, plus television for DVD use only.  En suite cloakroom with w.c & wash-hand basin.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels provided (excluding beach towels). BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suite bath/shower rooms & cloakroom (above) is a family bathroom (on the first floor) with bath, h&-held shower, separate shower, wash hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. OUTSIDE To the side of the house is a terraced balcony/patio with lovely views & a range of outside furniture, including table & chairs.  To the rear is a very large sloping garden & orchard with mature fruit trees, shrubs, borders & children's swings. PARKING Ample parking for 3-4 cars plus a boat trailer on the driveway in front of the house.
