Dining table & six chairs. Double french doors open out to a good sized balcony with excellent views over the town towards Batson Creek. BEDROOMS Two: Large double bedroom with double bed (can be twin), built-in wardrobes & en suite bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light & heated towel rail. Second bedroom with two single beds, linen cupboard & chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen provided
- tenants require towels & tea towels. SHOWER ROOM  In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point & light, heated towel rail & under floor heating. OUTSIDE Balcony with small patio style table & two chairs. PARKING Secure covered parking for 2 cars in car park & lock-up storage area. OTHER INFORMATION The property enjoy's the benefits of full gas fired central heating & hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly with maple laminate flooring & slate tiles in bath/shower room.
