KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Fully fitted kitchen area comprising gas hob, electric cooker, extractor, fridge/small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, dining table & chairs (washer/dryer in laundry cupboard off bathroom) BEDROOMS Two on the lower ground floor: master bedroom with 5' double bed & en suite bathroom with w.c., hand basin, bath, shower, & shaver point; second bedroom with twin beds & en suite shower room to include w.c. hand basin & shower. N.B. Duvets, pillows & linen provided - tenants require towels & tea towels. PARKING One parking pass is provided for the Creek Car Park.
