Metcalfe 10 lb Bench Mounted Potato Peeler The Metcalfe 10lb (4.5kg) potato peeling machine has a spindle housing & chute cast integrally, eliminating possible leakage. The patented guarded discharge chute protects the user by preventing hand access through the door aperture whilst the machine is working. Lubrication: There are no oiling or greasing points & no lubrication is required. All bearings are grease packed & permanently sealed. Rotor Plate: Coated on both sides
- fine on one side for new potatoes & coarse on the other. The peeling chamber has cast-in abrasive serrations which removes the need for abrasive coating
- this reduces potato loss. Cleaning: Top casting is removable without tools for easy cleaning. The waste disposal adaptor dispenses with the need for interceptors so the waste pipe can be connected directly to the drain.
