Metcalfe 15lb Bench Mounted Potato Peeler The Metcalfe 15lb (6.8kg) potato peeling machine is constructed from non corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing & chute cast integrally, eliminating joints & possible leakage. Patented guarded discharge chute. Lubrication: No oiling or greasing required. All bearings are grease packed & permanently sealed. Rotor Plate: Coated on both sides, one fine abrasive for new potatoes, the other coarse grained. Patented peeling chamber
- has cast-in abrasive serrations. This reduces potato loss & means the peeling chamber will never need re coating. The rotor plate is easy to remove for cleaning. Cleaning: Top casting is removable without tools for easy cleaning. Waste Disposal Adaptor: Optional extra which dispenses with the need for interceptors so that the waste can be connected directly to the drain.
