This one day course has been designed personally by Jean-Christophe to express his passion & creativity with food along with an appreciation for fine wines. Using a range of seasonal produce & ingredients he reveals through his demonstrations the secrets to; soups without potato or starch, chicken & fish dishes, gratins with curry, why, when & where to seasoning, the perfect apple tarte tatin & crazy caramel creations! Dimensions to your cooking. Guests will arrive from 10.30am, where you will be greeted by one of the chefs with tea, coffee & biscuits, for an 11.00am start time. One of Jean-Christophes chefs, will start the day with demonstrations until Approx. midday. This is when Jean-Christophe joins in with a champagne reception & then begins his inspirational demonstrations. Throughout the day you will eat a wide range of dishes, as they are prepared, & Jean-Christophe will share with you personal stories from his life. The experience will finish around 6pm, although they can often overrun. Please note: this day does not include hands on cooking.
