The underside of the mattress is made from solid PU foam, to protect your dog from cold floors, whilst creating a solid base for this premium bed. The breathable material always returns to its original shape & breathability also makes the bed much less prone to mite infestation or mildew than conventional dog beds. The dog bed’s soft & velvety cover can be removed completely from the mattress, whilst the padded border, filled with siliconised fibre flakes also zips off easily. The cover & border filling are machine washable on a delicate wash at 40°C. The blanket cover is topped on one side with warm teddy plush, & also zips off for machine washing. The thickness of the memory foam mattress makes it easier for older dogs to get onto & the underside has a non-slip coating for extra safety.
