Felifriend® Spray - 20ml

Felifriend® helps to support your cat as it gets used to new animals or people in its home. Simply spray onto your hands clothing or onto the fur of other animals and the synthetic pheromone in the Felifriend® sprays helps your cat to feel at ease making it easier to form friendly bonds with others. It also helps to calm aggressive or anxious cats in stressful situation for example during grooming or at the vet. Cats love to rub their nose on furniture people and other animals to spread their pheromones and mark their territory. People or animals who are new to your cat´s environment do not yet have this pheromone scent marking on them and this can cause some cats to react with fear or aggression. The Felifriend® spray contains the synthetic equivalent of the feline facial pheromone
which helps it to recognize and trust new animals and humans. Using the Felifriend® spray can easily prevent a lot of stress for you your cat and other members of your household. Felifriend® can help to calm anxious and aggressive cats and allows owners to slowly train cats so that they get used to being around new animals or even being handled. Grooming trips to the vet and introducing new visitors to the house can now run far more smoothly! Spray additionally onto clothing (e.g. trouser legs). Let the initial alcoholic scent quickly wear off then hold your hands approx. 20cm distance from the cat. Wait a short time (approx. 1 minute) before trying to touch the cat. Every new person who comes into contact with the cat should go through the same process using the Felifriend® spray and then gently approaching the cat. If the first attempt is unsuccessful wait a few minutes and then try again. Avoid being rough with your cat in order to reduce its anxious or
aggressive behaviour. If your pet continues to display such behaviours stop contact immediately. Then show your cat your hands from a distance again before trying to handle it again.
