A bright mix of the popular Coneflower Echinacea purpurea, the Sunbuzzer series is a new introduction for 2019. Not readily available elsewhere, this striking colour mix is a magnet for bees & butterflies. Hardy Coneflowers bloom from mid summer until first frost & return year after year, slowly forming clumps. They flower July-September, at about 65cm tall, in a bright & fiery mix of colours. Each bloom has a central, spiky cone which makes these great as long-lasting cut flowers too. Also known by their Latin name of Echinacea, these classic, daisy-like hardy perennials are much suited to a traditional cottage-garden style setting, yet equally at home in drift plantings & gravel beds too, or just massed together in pots.
