After her mothers death, teenage girl Su Rin (Shin Eun Soo) moves to an isolated island with her stepfather. Though she cant adjust to her new school life, she befriends orphan Sung Min & they soon develop a close friendship. Along with two other friends, they venture into a hidden cave & discover a glittering egg that is said to have a time-freezing goblin inside according to a local folk tale. When they leave the cave, Su Rin finds that her friends have disappeared. Much to her surprise, a mysterious man (Kang Dong Won) shows up in the wink of an eye & claims himself to be Sung Min.
