The Hui Brothers re-invented Hong Kong film with their groundbreaking 1974 Cantonese comedy Games Gamblers Play which launched their successful careers. The creative siblings take on multiple duties, with Michael writing, directing, & starring opposite Sam, who also composes & sings the theme song. They get a helping hand from the legendary Sammo Hung, who provides action choreography to the film.
Man (Michael Hui) knows quite a few gambling tricks. He meets fellow conman Kit (Sam Hui) in the jail, & they decide to team up for scams when they get out. The duo comes up with a seemingly seamless plan designed to con a huge sum of money out of a nefarious gang boss. But they soon have to forget about making a fortune as their plan gets exposed & the gang boss wants them dead...
