- Promise contains a live recording of Kims momentous concert which was held in September of 2008. A packed house of fans was treated to several hours of tantalizing performances that included dazzling dance choreography & hit songs from Kims two solo albums, namely, Honey, Aak nyeo taal chool ("e; Witchs Escape"e;), Baram euh norae ("e; Winds Song"e;), & Sai kiss ("e; Kiss Between Us"e;). Kim also revealed his versatility as a singer by dishing out his own rendition of Bon Jovis Always & X-Japans Say Anything.

The concert revolved around the theme of a radio talk show reminiscent of Kims 2003 radio program Ten Ten Club as Kim invited fellow artists like Sweet Sorrow & JOO for a brief interview followed by a live performance. For the closing, Kim performed a rearranged rendition of his signature song "e; Handkerchief"e; which featured a delightfully upbeat chorus. Other featured guests include Kim Jae Seok of Wanted, Younha, & veteran singer Kim Hyun Chul.
