- Camenere Reserva 2010 The Carmenere grape is today considered Chiles national grape. But for a long time it was thought to be identical to Merlot. Similarly to a Merlot, this Carmenere has a very elegant & smooth texture. It has a bight, ruby colour & intense aromas of red berries & a hint of liquorice. - Selected Varietal Merlot 2009A great wine from the Maipo Valley, considered to be one of the best wine producing areas in Chile. - Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc 2010 This dry white wine has a bright lemon colour. Intense nose of fresh flowers & candied fruit. Dry, tangy & fresh taste with rich, round & delicate white fruits. Long & creamy finish. Indomita Quintus
- Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva 2009 Lusciously rich & full body Cabernet Sauvignon bursting with ripe blueberries, sweet vanilla & a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is elegant with soft & well-balanced tannins. Aged 12 months french oak. Indomita Quintus
- Pinot Noir Gran Reserva 2010 This Award Winning Pinot Noir has a bright ruby colour with intense ripe red fruit, toast & flowers on the nose. - Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2010 Well structured & rich wine from Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot grapes. The colour is deep garnet. Wonderful flowery nose with sweet spices & black currant. Dark, sweet berries, cinnamon & vanilla in the mouth & soft, tannins. Warm, spicy & long finish.
