Indomita is a prestigious Bodega in Chile. The complex nose on the Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva 2007 bursts with red fruits, blackcurrant & caramel. On the palate, the wine is elegant with silky & well-balanced tannins. More about the Estate... This ultra modern Bodega (The Casa Blanca) produces some wonderful wines from rich & expressive terroirs. The combination of a modern winery & a skillful & enthusiastic team has led the estate to win a Gran Menzione, at the 13th International Wine Competition. The Casa Blanca (The White House) is the name given to the Bodega. It dominates the Valley with its impressive modern buildings & the size of its vineyard, which spreads over 400ha in the Casablanca & Maipo Valley. The vinification process is miticulously controlled by new technologies & the wine is aged in oak barrels.
