Product Description

Danie de Wet has established a worldwide reputation for his estate white wines from the Robertson region east of Cape Town. Blanc Fume is a lees aged Sauvignon Blanc grown on ideal limestone & gravel soils unique to the Robertson region. It is matured for two months on the lees to give an aromatic yet robust, fruity & complex wine. It is a classic aromatic Sauvignon with notes of asparagus & greengage & lime on the finish.
