Fermented using wild yeasts, this complex Bordeaux inspired blend comes from a single vineyard estate in Matakana. It has a core of Merlot offering mid palate richness, concentrated dark fruit aromas of morello cherries, black plum & berry characteristics. Malbec contributes red berry flavours & Cabernet Franc provides robust but velvet smooth tannins & a minty complexity.
