Also features a programmable timer, so your curtains can be programmed to open & close at set times during the day & night. Excellent for home security. If you are out for the night or away on holiday, the pre-set opening & closing of curtains gives the illusion that someone is at home & deters any burglar. How to measure & choose your required length option: measure the width of the window & then add how much track you want either side of the recess to store the curtains when opened. Then simply pick the length option which best suits your requirement. If the track is required to fit in an existing restricted space, such as within a pelmet, then 3cm clearance should be allowed, at the motor end of the track, to give access to the adjustment screw. If the track is a straight replacement for an existing track, then use the existing track length, less the 3cm clearance, if needed. IMPORTANT
