- 1.5" Tapered Headset: The In Set 4 is the classic, unbeatable Chris King sealed bearing headset. As a low-stack style upper & lower headset, the press-in cups & bearings are housed within the headtube allowing for an overall lower ride height. The Inset 3 is designed to fit a 1 1/8" to 1.5" tapered steerer tubed fork & a 44mm to 56mm internal diameter tapered headtube on the bike. Supplied with an all-new bearing cap design, the Grip Lock is a multi-piece bearing cap that utilizes a precision controlled split ring that improves steerer tube interface. Aluminium cups in 10 available colours house our legendary bearings; all made in-house in our Portl&, Oregon facility. In Set is the unrivalled upgrade for all riding styles.
