Manfrotto SYMPLA Variable Plate
The Manfrotto Sympla Variable Plate is what securely holds the camera in place on the Sympla rigs. The Variable Plate allows the camera and lens to be moved on three independent axes (longitudinal, lateral, and vertical), a flexibility that's essential for aligning multiple camera and lens combinations with critical components like the Flexible Mattebox, or for positioning the camera viewfinder in front of your eye. The dial situated on the side of the Plate allows for fingertip control of movement when adjusting the plate vertically. This plate has been constructed with precision-cast aluminium with durable steel components and allows for front-back positioning.
