The Hoya 67mm Pro ND 100 Filter absorbs the light entering the lens evenly across the visible spectrum & reduces the amount of light entering the lens by up to 6 2/3 f/stops without affecting the colour balance. Reducing the amount of light allows the use of wider apertures & slower shutter speeds for creative & dramatic effects. ND filters are widely used by landscape photographers who want to capture smooth, flowing waterfalls or seascapes but still retain the correct exposure throughout the whole photograph. Alternatively, ND filters can be used to reduce the depth of field & enable the use of wider apertures to ensure your subject is crisp while the background becomes a soft blur
- great for portraiture. ND filters also allow cine & video cameras (which have fixed shutter speeds) to film subjects such as snow, sand or other bright scenes which would normally cause over-exposure.

Hoya 67mm Polariser Filter

The Hoya 67mm Polariser Filter allows you to significantly reduce reflections and glare from non-metallic surfaces. A camera angle of 30 degrees from the reflecting surface (glass, water, etc.) is ideal for maximum effect. The Polariser Filter also enables colours to become more saturated and appear clearer with better contrast. This effect is often used to increase the contrast and saturation in blue skies and white clouds. Hoya's polarising filters do not affect the overall colour balance of a shot. Please note: this is a linear polariser and therefore not suitable for Auto Focus cameras. For these you require a circular polariser.
