A special cider made in Herefordshire using finest top quality local cider apples of a single year's crop, selected by Westons' master cidermaker as the very best of the year's production. Fully matured in old oak vats, this complex cider is rich & full-bodied with a long, lingering finish. Try with beef or strong blue cheeses.
