You will enjoy: Tai Chi & Qi Gong Personal Training Session (60 minutes) Personal training takes place onsite at our Blackstock Road Clinic, & classes can be shared by up to two students in the space available. Weather permitting, we also use the beautiful space of Finsbury Park, which has large trees & lots of open space. The park is less than a minutes walk from the clinic, so its easy to switch plans as the weather changes. Whilst we adhere to a very traditional syllabus, it must be emphasised that each class is tailored to suit the student week to week. This is the best way to ensure correct practice & maximise therapeutic value whilst also minimising the risk of over-training & injury. Homework is given with each class & the next lesson cannot be taught until the previous one has be learnt, so it is assumed that students will invest a little time outside of class as well. This can be as little as a few minutes a day, but it still needs to be done, else progress will stagnate. Please note: Home visits carry an additional charge based on travel time / distance. ...
