This product is non returnable & is exempt from our 30 day trial. In the event of your product being damaged or faulty we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you however you must advise us within 7 working days of delivery. The driver will need to be able to offload via a tail lift truck & will require a solid even surface to leave your pallet on Please note that this item is exempt from the Viking Direct 30-day trial unless returned un-opened.
