It's the bright gold foliage that makes Veronica prostrata ' Aztec Gold' such a good performer. Growing on tall stems, the golden leaves add structure & colour to the garden all year round, contrasting with green or violet-leaved plants as well as with its own blue flowers which appear from early summer onwards. The flowers are attractive to bees, & this Prostrate Speedwell is rabbit resistant. It works well in gravel gardens & hot, dry sunny banks & borders.
