Also known as Kennedy primroses, these incredibly resilient new varieties have been bred steadily since the 1970s, entirely outdoors, & as a result have developed a truly hardy habit, resisting frost, snow & extreme wet conditions. Unlike blowsy modern hybrids, these unique primroses retain some of their delicate Primula vulgaris appearance but with enhanced colours & often contrasting dark foliage. Grow these fantastic Irish primroses in beds, borders, rock gardens & patio containers for a delightful, low&45;maintenance display each spring. Height & spread: 20cm &40;8&34;&41;.
