A unique but fascinating conifer that produces a dome of whipcord-like weeping foliage with the most unusual braided appearance. Thuja plicata ? Whipcord? is an evergreen shrub with glossy green foliage, acquiring bronze tones over the winter months, providing year round interest & structure. It is a dwarf variety of Western Red Cedar, although distinctly different, typically growing as a flat mound when young, but eventually forming a more rounded shape over time. This interesting shrub has been awarded an RHS AGM & will certainly create a talking point if grown in rockeries or as a st&-alone specimen.
 Height: 200cm (78?). Spread: 120cm (48?).
